How do I join?

Simply create an account (here!), shop our beautiful range of gifts, gift boxes, home and lifestyle products, and then get ready to be spoiled with all the fun things!

How can I move up a level?

Each time you shop with Sarah Urban, whether in store or online, every purchase goes towards your Cherish level.

How are Cherish rewards calculated?

Your Cherish Rewards are calculated on your total purchases with Sarah Urban, online or in-store, over a 12-month period. Every eligible purchase brings you closer to your next reward level! We recommend checking your account for the most up-to-date details, although please note the system may take 24 hours to update.

Yay! A birthday gift voucher, how exciting! When will I receive it?

You will receive your birthday voucher on your birthday (or within 1-2 days of your birthday), and it will be valid for 2 weeks after your birthday. You are so welcome!

How will I collect my Cherish gift?

Once you have been notified by email that your next Cherish gift is available, it will be available for you to collect either in store, or online with a purchase of $25 or more. You will normally have two weeks to redeem your Cherish gift, or until stocks last. (This may change from time to time, so we suggest reading the Ts & Cs for each reward when it launches.) Either way, the end date will be displayed in your reward email notification.
